Smash 101 - Rules & Safety

 

Welcome to Demolition Rage Room! Your safety (and fun) is our top priority. Please review the rules below before your session so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Before You Smash:

• Check-In & ID Required - All participants must show valid photo ID and match the signed waiver.

• Waiver Required - All guests must complete and sign a liability waiver before entering the smash room. Waivers can be completed online or in-store via QR code.

• Max Occupancy - Maximum of 2/3 people per room at any time.

• Closed-Toe Shoes Required - No sandals, slides, Crocs, open backs, no thin fabric soles, or open-toe footwear allowed.

 

Safety Gear (Required):

Participants must always wear all protective equipment provided:

• Full-body coveralls

• Helmet with face shield

• Safety goggles

• Ear protection (Optional)

• Cut-resistant gloves

 

No PPE = No Smashing!

 

If any safety gear is removed during your session, your session may be stopped immediately.

 

 

During Your Session:

• Staff Monitoring at All Times - All rooms are monitored for safety.

• Follow Staff Instructions - Our staff may pause or end a session if unsafe behavior is observed.

• Smash Only What’s Provided - Only break items supplied by Demolition Rage Room or approved “Bring Your Own Item” add-ons.

• No Throwing Objects at Doors or Cameras

• No Hitting Ceiling, Lights, or Room Structure

• No Physical Contact Between Participants

 

 

Bring Your Own Item (BYOI) Rules:

 

If you purchase a BYOI add-on:

• Items must be non-hazardous and approved by staff.

• No batteries, no flammable materials, no pressurized items.

• No large appliances or industrial equipment.

• All items must fit inside the smash room safely

• Staff reserves the right to refuse any item for safety reasons.

 

 

Prohibited Items & Behavior

For everyone’s safety, the following are NOT allowed:

• Alcohol or drugs

• Aggressive behavior toward staff or other guests

• Breaking safety equipment

• Climbing walls or room structures

• Removing debris during the session

• Tools are not permitted to leave the premises

Any violation may result in immediate termination of your session without refund

 

 

After Your Session:

• Leave all debris inside the smash room

• Staff will handle cleanup and disposal

• Please return all safety equipment to staff

Health & Safety Notice:​

This experience involves physical activity and loud noise.

• Heart conditions

• Joint injuries

• Recent surgeries

• Pregnancy (recommended to avoid)
